[edit]Notes
[edit]- ^ The Palestinian Authority renamed itself the State of Palestine on 6 January 2013 (a move not recognized by Israel). Do not confuse with the "State of Palestine" proclaimed on 15 November 1988 by the Palestinian National Council, which remains a putative state, de facto ineffective despite partial international recognition.
